Mariliana is the founder of Fundacion Rahab (Rahab Foundation) based in San Jose, Costa Rica. Rahab Foundation facilitates holistic changes in the quality of life for people who have been involved in the sex industry, and their families.

Mariliana serves as Executive Director of the Foundation.
